Instead of turning undead, some may rebuke particular creatures based on their god’s domain. A sea god could rebuke sea creatures, for example, and a storm god might be able to turn creatures of lightning, or air and water elementals. Replace Skeleton, Zombie, Ghoul, etc, with hit dice 1, 2, 3, etc,. 

Fighting clergy are common amongst the human peoples of the world, who follow a wide variety of gods and an even wider range of rituals. 

Cleric Of The Sun Gods

Use standard Cleric.

Sun gods litter the world and have an informal hierarchy amongst each other. They universally despise Undead and will do anything to rid the world of them. The presence of Sun Crystals in the Depths has made Xyphia a central place of pilgrimage, and all Sun God clergy are welcomed to the city.
